(中央社記者王淑芬高雄27日電)雞翅包羊肉炸得酥脆、豆瓣醬佐水果丁淋在炸得金黃的石斑魚上，一道道美食上桌，不僅擄獲不少人的目光，更讓人垂涎。

岡山以羊肉、豆瓣醬聞名，市府與岡山壽山宮合辦「2013媽祖文化藝術季」，重頭戲在美食競賽，主題是「海陸雙拼神『鮮』賽」，今天在廟前廣場舉行總決賽，5個參賽團體大顯身手，拿出「手路菜」的本領，要拚新台幣5萬元的獎金；參賽者聚精會神，觀賽者也看得津津有味，廟前廣場擠得水洩不通。

主辦單位要求以羊、魚入菜，5個決賽隊伍有港都廚娘隊、高苑工商隊、魚羊鮮豆隊、高苑工商水神隊及岡山區農會協和里家政班隊等，各自發揮創意，將羊、魚做美食料理變化。

有人將雞翅包羊肉炸得酥脆，也有人將虱目魚肉裹蝦仁再和上旗魚漿做海鮮球等，不僅料理要有創意、美味，擺盤也不能輸氣勢，各隊大顯身手，就是要拚出高下。競賽結果由高苑工商水神隊奪冠，抱走5萬元獎金。

壽天宮主委戴清福肯定廟會結合在地食材做行銷，不僅可以帶來人氣與商機，也是行銷地方特色與農漁獲的好機會。1021027
