浴室水龍頭是否可轉接自由栓出水頭

各位水電達人, 大家好:

小弟家厨房壁掛式水龍頭壞了, 去特力屋看了一圈,新的售價很傷荷包.

剛好,家中有一隻未用的浴室龍頭, 和一隻自由栓出水頭, 但是兩者的螺紋不合

在特力屋找不到這轉接頭, 不知市面上是否存在一種轉接頭, 可把右圖的自由栓出水頭, 轉接到左圖的浴室龍頭兩個出水口之一?

如果有, 請告知小弟其名稱及口徑, 還有去哪才買得到?我猜這種不普遍的轉接頭不會陳列在特力屋貨架上.
如果市面上不可能有這種轉接頭, 也請告知小弟, "死了這個心吧, 有些該花的錢是無法節省的..."
