李翔宙：越將仿菲 向美日靠攏抗中共

國家安全局長李翔宙上午在立法院外交及國防委員會就南海區安全情勢及越南平陽暴動我方具體作為與有效對策進行專案報告，他表示，近來南海爭議不斷升溫，此次鑽油平台爭議，顯示越南不惜直接與中共正面對抗，以捍衛其在南海主權，對照中共強勢部署，越南、菲律賓等國均難以一己之力與中共抗衡，所以越南恐將學習菲律賓做法向美日靠攏，以爭取外力支持，並凝具東協對南海問題共識，南海問題恐將持續國際化且更趨複雜。
