洪男向方姓友人詐稱，他要交女朋友，需要展現行情，去年向方男借鑽戒後，拿去當鋪典當2萬元，事後向方男佯稱鑽戒遺失，會賠償方男3萬元，但僅匯款4500元後，即避不見面，經方男提告，台中地檢署今天依詐欺罪將洪男起訴。
