陳冲：企業有社會責任　就不會有黑心油事件

食安問題連環爆，總統府資政、行政院前院長陳冲下午參加僑委會委員會議演講時指出，企業要有社會責任，就不會有黑心油事件，有人認為捐錢就是社會責任，捐錢就不會被收押，這是錯的，「社會責任要擺在每個過程裡。」

在演講前，陳冲接受媒體訪問時表示，食安問題應從積極面和消極面看，目前大家只關注消極面，有犯錯的人要懲罰，要關廠停工，都是消極面。

陳冲認為，消極面也要做，但更重要是積極面，應重新建立大家對食品安全信心。對於社會有廢止GMP制度的聲浪，陳冲說，「應該是重新整頓，建立品牌，從積極面去看，比較有幫助。」(徐珮君／台北報導)
