永豐棧沒用正義豬油 董娘自購煮菜宴客

台中市永豐棧酒店被人檢舉使用正義豬油，台中市政府衛生局今天下午前往稽查，確認永豐棧沒有使用正義豬油，不開罰。衛生局解釋，正義豬油為董事長何豐棧的母親透過店家購買，從今年2月到8月陸續購入8桶共120公斤的正義豬油，董娘現場拿出進貨憑證，證明為陸續購買，並非一次購入，衛生局認為符合邏輯。

董娘解釋，這些油品是她親自做菜給家人與親友用，店內沒有使用。衛生局指出，永豐棧烘焙部使用美食家酥烤油、泰山沙拉油，油品無慮。永豐棧也與衛生局簽下切決書，證明沒有隱匿油品問題，衛生局強調，若事後發現隱匿將依食安法最高可處三百萬元罰鍰。
