刀鋒戰士判5年檢方不滿刑期上訴

南非田徑好手「刀鋒戰士」皮斯托瑞斯（Oscar Pistorius）在自宅槍殺名模女友瑞娃．史婷坎普（Reeva Steenkamp），被判過失殺人罪，刑期5年。檢方不滿刑期及罪名，4日提出上訴。

皮斯托瑞斯去年情人節在家中槍殺了29歲的名模女友，他供稱以為小偷入侵才開槍。案件今年3月起開審，經半年多審訊，上個月被判入獄5年，另外在餐廳非法使用槍械被判處3年緩刑，隨即押送至監獄。

律師估計，他可能可在家軟禁服部分刑期，實際只須入獄10個月。檢方則對法官未以謀殺罪判決感到失望，今天提出上訴。
