幣卡所騙人阿....

我今天用幣卡所...買手機遊戲點數~~~~

然後他顯示說無法購法要聯繫客服~~

然後我就加了客服的LINE~~

客服說現在要下單都要找客服才能下單~~~

後來我問她說怎麼不用幣卡所網站交易~~

他說現在在網頁維修升級暫時無法網頁購買~~

我就叫他幫我開單了~~~然後我去7-11付款~~~

然後跟他說我付款完了~~他跟我說稍等~~~

等了快3個小時~~客服都沒有回我~~~~

這是被騙了???

還是說當時是晚上12點多~~剛好客服下班去休息了??

請跟我說一下如何處理吧.......

我上網查有人說幣卡所平價好~~~(雖然是幾年前的評價)

我才去買的~~~怎麼第一次滿就被騙了??
