使用P2P軟體傷不傷硬碟?

知識問題|

上網找了很多資料，發現有些人說很傷硬碟，又有另一些人說不會特別傷。
有些人一天到晚都一直開著在下載，我是用迅雷，但大概一星期只下載個2~3次，每次都不會說用很久，請問各位這樣會對硬碟造成損傷嗎??
