因冷氣團的強度減弱，但輻射冷卻效應明顯，今晨平地最低溫為嘉義8.5℃，又破今年入冬平地最低溫紀，其次是台中10.3℃，今天各地大多為多雲到晴。

中央氣象局指出，冷氣團的強度減弱，白天氣溫漸回升，北部及宜蘭、花蓮高溫約20至21℃，感覺較為舒適；南部及台東高溫約22至24℃，留意中南部日夜溫差會比較大。

因水氣偏少，各地大多為多雲到晴、穩定的天氣，全台幾乎都可以見到陽光，僅東半部地區雲多有零星短暫雨。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
