星房產仲介人數連續兩年下滑

星房產仲介人數連續兩年下滑

根據新加坡房地產代理理事會公布最新調查數據，星國加入成為房地產仲介人數連續兩年下滑，房地產仲介離職者逐年增加。

新加坡「聯合早報」今天報導，2014年有3006名房地產仲介新血加入房仲市場，不僅比2013年少了330人，也比2012年少了1561人。

在離職的房地產仲介人數部分，從2012年的2996人，增加到2013年的3382人，2014年的離職人數更達3959人。

另外，新加坡的房地產仲介公司也從2013年的1425家，減少到2014年的1369家。

報導引述房地產業界人士說法，認為這主要是房地產交易趨緩，以及更嚴格的仲介監管環境所致。
