續爭經營權台新金提抗告

台新金針對彰銀改選一案，向台北地方法院聲請假處分，15日遭駁回，台新金不服，今天對台北地院提抗告，以維護台新金及其小股東的權益。

台新金表示，提出抗告理由包括：財政部2005年公文已清楚表示，彰銀經營權將移轉給彰銀釋股得標人，認為政府施政應有延續性，不可因政黨輪替變動而有所改變；同時，財政部是彰銀第二大股東，不應用公權力奪取台新金在彰銀的合法經營權。

台新金同時重申，呼籲政府應遵守2005年公文、公函合約精神，也就是給予當初彰銀得標者「移轉彰銀經營權」的繼續性法律效力。台新金還說，從新加坡淡馬錫公司當初以溢價52億元參與投標來看，就足以反映經營權應有繼續性。
