伊拉克庫德族稱 IS使用氯氣化武

伊拉克庫德自治政府今天發表聲明說，它已取得伊斯蘭國（IS）今年1月在自殺汽車炸彈中使用氯氣攻擊庫德族戰士的證據。

庫德自治政府的國家安全會議表示，「2015年1月23日發生汽車自殺攻擊後，庫德族部隊進行土壤和衣物採樣。」

聲明說，在歐洲聯盟進行的分析檢驗結果，「認定樣本內含的氯濃度，指向氯氣被當作武器使用」。

聲明又說，動用化學戰劑氯氣，是激進組織伊斯蘭國走上窮途末路的徵兆。「伊斯蘭國仰賴這類戰術的事實顯示，它已喪失主動且正訴諸絕望措施。」

伊拉克和敘利亞境內多個地區，先前已傳出IS在土製炸彈中使用氯氣情事。
