陸最高法院院長：減少大陸冤假錯案數量

大陸最高人民法院院長12日承認大陸司法系統內存在腐敗，並警告說，法院審判不公將會激起民憤。

美國之音報導，周強在第十二屆全國人民代表大會第三次會議上進行最高人民法院工作報告時承諾，要減少大陸冤假錯案的數量。他表示，對錯案的發生深感自責，各級法院要深刻汲取教訓，進一步健全冤假錯案的有效防範和及時糾正機制。

周強說，去年大陸各級法院改判案件共1,317起，並且糾正多起錯判。最高人民法院已多次強調要推動司法改革，保障個人權利。

不過批評人士指出，只要是中國共產黨仍然大於法，真正的司法改革難以實施。
