小弟是新鮮人，四中碩有幸能拿到兩家PCB的口頭offer 公司 K 家 U 家地點新屋(清華) 龜山(山鶯) 部門？製五？據主管說最精實的RD部門職位 PE RD 薪資 (N+2)×14 + 績效 N×14 + 績效工時 12+ 10-12 住宿宿家備註季獎金&分紅不保14但通常至少2個月第一年約80,90w 加班費可報第一年略估70w 調薪幅度不高 K 家：據傳內部有嚴重派系情節？？？高風險高利潤，似乎要有本事撐住兩年沒黑掉..
