培瑞茲結束任務返菲　開心買等路

【政治中心／台北報導】菲律賓總統艾奎諾三世特使培瑞茲下午離台，他表示，心情很高興，也樂見事件有解決。由於圓滿達成任務，培瑞茲心情顯得相當輕鬆，還逛了免稅店，買了不少台灣名產回去。

培瑞茲說，來台期間感受到台灣人民很好，也謝謝屏東小琉球洪家，也樂見事件有解決。
