同時間，第102000237期今彩539也開獎，開出的中獎號碼為5、8、13、20及22，這期頭獎有3注中，每注可獲得800萬元，分別從嘉義市西區竹文里北興街227之8號1樓双喜彩券行、桃園縣中壢市興南里大同路104號1樓環宇彩券娛樂企業社及台北市中山區錦州街173號億路發彩券行。
