騎腳踏車又牽一輛 員警盤查破竊案

嘉義市陳姓男子今天凌晨1點多，騎腳踏車經過林森國小前道路，一手騎車一手牽著另一輛腳踏車，看到巡邏員警故做輕鬆狀，但眼尖的第二警分局公園派出所警員陳映羽、陳建均認為可疑，攔檢盤問腳踏車來源時，陳聲稱「借來的，要牽去還人」，但無法交代向誰借的，警員核對腳踏車標碼，查出林姓國中生已報案，陳嫌見事跡敗露而坦承犯案，聲稱看到這輛腳踏車放在公車站牌旁，沒有上鎖才下手，警方今天依竊盜罪嫌移送法辦。
