【苦勞網】勞基法28修法 全關連批勞動部卸責

【苦勞網記者孫窮理／臺北報導】關廠工人抗爭帶出《勞基法》第28條修法的呼聲，去年（2013）12月19日，勞動部將草案送進行政院，目前還沒有出來，立法院目前也有多達10個版本的草案，不過全國關廠工人連線不滿意勞動部鎖定在「優先債權」的修法版本，今天（9/23），勞動部長陳雄文就任滿月，全關連與華隆自救會等再前往勞動部，要求「擴大墊償」，勞動部則仍跳針式地回應還要再研議。

這一波關廠工人提出修《勞基法》28條、要求擴大墊償已經超過2年，跨越3位勞動部長（主委），事實上，更早之前，在2011年太子汽車關廠時，就已經有修法的提案，當時金管會明確反對「優先債權」，認為可以強化「薪資墊償」，勞動部放著爭議較小的不先去做，偏偏先提阻力較大的部分，對擴大墊償，兩、三年來始終以「涉及墊償範圍及費率」必須周延，說要再研商。...（閱讀全文）
