標題[問題] 試用期離職

各位版友好 我是今年畢業的應屆生 今年八月初的時候找到我的第一份工作 現在剛過約2個月 是這樣的，在這兩個月中我努力過 但是卻還是覺得自己不適合 想了很久也考慮很多 覺得既然現在自己知道這份工作不適合自己 也不想再繼續浪費彼此的時間 （我也明白已經浪費了2個多月的時間，所以真的覺得不能再拖了...） 想提離職 上週五我也有和主管說了這件事 但是主管卻不想聽我說 只是覺得我工作上有困難所以想離職 然後他就把我打發走了（汗） 想請教版友我現在還在試用期 若溝通還是無效我是否直接將辭呈遞出即可離開呢 在這先謝謝各位版友 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.160.200.66 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1413088551.A.EEB.html
