（中央社記者張榮祥台南13日電）台南市南區建南路下水道工程今天傳出意外，2名工人
疑接觸不明氣體，1人緊急逃出，另1人半小時後被救出已無生命跡象。

台南市消防局下午3時38分獲報，建南路下水道工程有人受困，警消趕到現場時，20歲黃
姓男子已從下水道爬出，救護人員趕緊為他戴上氧氣面罩救治。
