性侵報導維大兄弟會將告滾石

「滾石」雜誌所撤銷文章「校園性侵事件」的主要報導對象、維吉尼亞大學兄弟會今天表示，打算針對這則其所謂傷害其聲譽的「輕率」報導提出控告。

維大兄弟會發表聲明說，將採取一切可行的法律行動。昨天哥倫比亞大學新聞研究所1個團隊論定，滾石在刊登這則報導時，並未遵守基本的新聞把關規範。

滾石雜誌去年11月報導維吉尼亞大學一起性侵案，因內容偏頗與資訊錯誤招致嚴厲抨擊，哥倫比亞大學今天公佈事件調查報告，滾石雜誌也公開向受影響者道歉，正式撤回報導。
