南韓內閣改組 前黨鞭崔炅煥出任財長

南韓總統朴槿惠宣布內閣改組，撤換七位內閣成員，財政部長提名人選為國會老將崔炅煥（Choi Kyung-hwan），希望在世越號沈船意外之後提振選民信心，並維持經濟成長。

崔炅煥將接替現任財長玄旿錫的財長職位。59歲的他先前曾任產業與能源部長，以及三屆國會代表，從政經歷十分豐富。

崔炅煥上任後，首要挑戰將是因應韓元逼近六年高點的影響、內需疲軟，與破紀錄的家庭負債。

崔炅煥表示，將負責推動朴槿惠的三年經濟計畫，以及目前的監管改革。他將善用過去擔任執政黨黨鞭的經驗與人脈，讓國大黨的關係更平順。
