美財長將以會計手法避免舉債上限

美國財政部長盧傑克6日向美國國會表示，他將開始採取以往使用過的包裹式緊急措施，以免聯邦政府下星期超越舉債上限。聯邦政府的舉債上限去年中止，意味美國財政部得視實際需要舉債，以使聯邦政府如常運作。無論債務總額屆時累計多少，舉債上限將於本月15日生效。聯邦政府目前負債18.1兆美元。
