軍校及繁星問題

我是今年104年學測的考生成績考60級分不算高而我想報考海軍官校電機工程學系因為不確定會上榜所以我參加了繁星找個備胎我繁星的學校及科系是中正企管
那麼請問:
Q1如果我繁星上了沒有放棄一定要去讀嗎?還是要註冊過後才算?
Q2這個問題讓我很苦惱就是今年繁星放榜是3/17 而放棄截止日期是3/25 但是軍校的學校推薦要4/29成績才會出來而軍校的個人申請則是5/8出來成績公布的日子跟繁星差距很大而我非常想要就讀軍校請問如果我軍校跟繁星都上了話繁星沒放棄想去讀軍校會發生什麼問題?
