周日才說徵才1千人　英業達傳裁員上百人

NB代工英業達（2356）周日（8日）在台大徵才，預計2年內集團5企業總計徵才1000人，但近來傳出英業達桃園廠將裁員約200人。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，英業達副總經理游進寶強調，因機器自動化與流程簡化，為使集團資源有效利用，進行人力彈性調配，計畫調動桃園廠約200多名伺服器試產生產線員工，將其轉到同一廠區的英穩達太陽能產線。

目前針對桃園廠伺服器部門200多名員工進行面談，多數為試產產線組裝員工，盡量充分溝通，若員工不願意調動，將提出優退資遣方案。（即時新聞中心／綜合報導）
