人妻Ella一直給人健康活潑的感覺，不過昨天她卻自洩「中獎」感冒了，她在微博嘟嘴賣萌：「好久沒感冒了，鼻子又乾又塞，順便裝一下可愛，畢竟剛收工的我是完妝的狀態，別浪費了！」不過竟然有數目不少的網友喊「這不是鄧紫棋嗎」？引爆鄧的粉絲來砲轟，留言板上演兩方護主大戰。（路韋豪／綜合報導）
