郭元益也餿了　香菇滷肉大餅即起可退費

知名糕餅業者郭元益食品昨晚主動通報桃園縣衛生局，其委託的原料供應商銘珍食品所製造的魯肉豆沙疑似使用芳福香豬油，目前衛生單位還在調查中，而郭元益也澄清，公司基於道德立場主動通報，但尚未確認糕餅有問題，目前已主動聯繫客戶，將接受全額退費。另該公司今下午2時將開記者會說明。
 
郭元益表示，6月17日至7月21日期間，生產機器進行維修，因此向銘珍食品訂購810公斤的魯肉豆沙，共製成2349盒香菇滷肉大餅，賣給約184位客戶，但因銘珍食品疑似有使用到芳福香豬油，因此對產品有疑慮而主動通報衛生單位。
 
郭元益澄清，只有6、7月份向銘珍食品採購餡料，非外界所言的3月至8月，7月底生產機器維修完成，所有餡料都是由郭元益自行生產，油品沒有問題，至於是否向供應商提告求償，等調查結果出爐再高層決定，今下午2點也會在士林總公司召開記者會說明。（蔡孟修／台北報導）
