江揆：食安檢舉設中央專線 老農獎200萬

行政院長江宜樺在第四次食安會議後表示，將提高檢舉獎金、並設立中央檢舉專線。檢舉人除可獲得罰金百分之二十的獎金之外，重大案件政院也將另外發給10萬至200萬元的獎金。這次揭發餿水油的老農將是第一名獎勵的對象。

江宜樺說，有別於確定「罰金」在時間上拖很久，政院的獎金在案件起訴時就會先發出。此外，為鼓勵黑心食品廠的員工檢舉，特別設有「良心員工條款」，不管是現職或離職員工檢舉，獎金考慮加倍發給。

江宜樺說，目前食安問題的檢舉人現在可獲得得罰金的百分十之，未來將提高為罰金的百分之二十，此外政院也將由「食安基金」發給最高200萬元的獎金，這次揭發劣質豬油的老農，就將頒發200萬元。

江宜樺說，目前消費者案件的專線「02-27878200」，未來將專門用於食安事件的檢舉電話。負責人將具相關知識可將案件轉交相關部會。再由跨部會的整合方式進行徹查。另也納入高檢署作為執法單位窗口。
