在台股走跌，加上亞洲貨幣日圓、韓元等貶值，新台幣兌美元8日早盤先貶後升，上下震盪近2角，目前盤中最高價來到31.078元、升值7.4分，現在則在31.09元震盪整理。

美歐股市走揚，但台股8日則是小跌，而亞洲匯市部分，在油價上漲，美元走強下，包括人民幣、日圓及韓元等亞洲貨幣兌美元都走弱，其中人民幣兌美元中間價為人民幣6.1345元兌1美元，較前一交易日貶值40基點，而日圓也回貶至120日圓兌1美元，韓元也拉回至1093韓元兌1美元。

至於新台幣，匯銀人士指出，在中央銀行作價之下，新台幣以31.33元貶值1.78角開出，隨後逢高出脫美元賣盤湧現，新台幣止貶回升。

不過，由於台股跌，加上日圓、韓元等兌美元走弱，台幣升勢不若昨日強勁，並未升破31元價，目前最高價來到31.078元、升值7.4分，但高低價差達2.52角，截至上午9時45分為止，新台幣兌美元來到31.1元、升值5.2分。
