姐妹市交流周麗芳會首爾副市長

台北市副市長周麗芳今天上午前往姐妹市首爾拜會副市長丁效聲，就彼此市政管理交換意見，未來兩城市也將由文化、創意交流延伸至公民參與、綠色城市治理。

周麗芳此行是來首爾參加「2015地方環境行動國際委員會（ICLEI）」世界大會。

她表示，台北市與首爾市在1968年締結為姐妹市，包括文化、公務人員、國際組織參與等交流密切，台北也獲選為2016年世界設計之都。

她說，此次代表市長柯文哲來首爾參加ICLEI會議，地點就在東大門設計廣場DDP，象徵著兩市的交流將由文化、創意，進一步延伸至公民參與、綠色城市治理。
